Birthday Question

Sent birthday invitation to few of the friends. Couple of them responded "Maybe". This makes me crazy. Should I count or not count on them? Should I invite others instead in case they don't show up? We are not inviting few kids because birthday place has a limit on # of children.
Some even responded maybe saying they may have other plans on that day. Should I be offended? If you don't have other plans so far, why not just "Yes"? |

2. Invite more people 3. forget about the "maybe" people, Send a reminder to everyone 24 hours before you have to give final numbers. Onwards. |
