Please recommend a reliable handyman

W need a handman to do the following tasks:

Fix a drip
Install window box fittings into brick
Repair dryer vent
Repair hole in brick near roof
Install interior door
Remove dishwasher from wall and seal hole in wall behind appliance
Light carpentry and other odds & ends

I would like to find someone who can be trusted in the home when we are not there, will show up on time (we are in Ny) and carries liability insurance. I have had two people come to give estimates and then they no show. Prefer to use an individual rather than a service. If you have someone who did good work for you, please share. thanks!
