Do you believe the USA should restrict border crossings and flights to/from Mexico? The toddler crossed over from Mexico to Brownsville TX and was hospitalized in Houston.

Which non-citizens would you exclude? Only Mexicans?

What about citizens traveling back from Mexico city? What about green card holders? What about people who have legitimate business in the US?

non-US citizens. generally understood to mean 'people who are not citizens of the United States.'

So by banning or allowing people from entering the country based on the color of their passport, we will somehow prevent the spread of swine flu in the US?

What about permanent residents (green card holders)
