Therapy for NT sibling

| Our 7 year old DD has adhd, dyslexia and ASD. Our 9 year old NT DD is incredibly mean to her (a lot of the time) and her behavior toward me and DH has become increasingly terrible (not listening, calling us "idiots," etc). I think it's time to get some help for NT daughter. We've tried many parenting strategies and need help. We tried to find someone multiple times who takes our insurance because we spend so much $$ on younger DDs treatments but the list at JSSA is too long and we can't travel to KKI (we have BCBS and live in silver spring). Seeking recommendations - covered or not |

| Our NT 8 year old just attended a social activity at McLean Bible Church for siblings of SN kids. He really enjoyed himself. I don't think of it as therapy but rather an opportunity for him to relax and get away from household drama. In December he is going to a sibling support group sponsored by InStep in Sterling VA. |
