Can anybody share their experience? I have every symptom including chronic hives . I finally am getting all the thyroid tests and antibodies but I really feel like it will come back positive. Can you share any success or challenges and treatments. Thanks!

I have this. Your TSH will either be within normal range or outside normal range (not positive or negative).

I have never heard of hives as a symptom. For me, I was unable to get out of bed I was so tired, my hair fell out and I was cold all the time, I had terrible night sweats. Those were my symptoms.

Hashimoto's is not a big deal, just get ready to take meds for the rest of your life if you do have it. I take synthroid (or generic) every day and I feel great. They should also do an ultrasound of your thyroid gland if you have it to check for nodules.

Seems like every other woman I know has this problem, it is very common, and not a big deal. the meds correct it and you'll be feeling like a million bucks soon (assuming you do have it and will take the meds).
