Dinner out for Thanksgiving?

I am choosing the stop the crazy (to which I am contributing by having arguments in my head with people who are 100s of miles away) and have dinner at a local restaurant.
We have done this before and I have heard "It just isn't Thanksgiving..." but as it turns out, our definitions differ (and that crew isn't coming anyway). Oh, yes we are eating out and I can't wait! Also, no guests except we are meeting my Mom at the restaurant

| My best Thanksgiving was when I went out to eat at a restaurant. My 2nd favorite was at my sister's place where she catered it and hired someone to serve and clean up. |
