I think some of the styles are cute--but are they too cute? Too collegiate?

No, but the plain ones are too plain. And I never lost my '90s minimalism, so that's saying something about the bags!

I think it depends on the style. The boxy old-school ones look dated, I think, even if they are in fun colors.

I think you're right, too cute and too collegiate. Good if you are in your 20s.

I'm in my 40's and my friends and I still ove them. Even the boxy ones.

Me too. I have a job that requires suits/heels, etc and I find that the bags are very business appropriate. Plus they have held up well, even a fabric one I had.

I think that they have to fit YOUR style and then they will look right.
