How often do you talk to friends?

How often do you talk to your friends? How often do you text? How often do you see each other? I am fine with seeing even what I consider my really good friends once a month or every other month or longer. Sometimes we text sometimes not. But I am starting to feel this is not enough. Is this way out of line? Don't beat me up here, but what is normal or usual? thanks!

My 3 best friends I have probably a 30-1hr conversation with each week. Might be a phone call, if it's a visit it's often a bit longer than that. I have probably a dozen friends I talk to in length maybe 2-3 times a year - but if something big happens, a death of something, we are on the phone to each other immediately.

I see one of my best friends 1-2x a week. She lives nearby and our children are similar ages.

I see another probably once a month and we text or email a few times in between.

I see another only several times a year but we text multiple times a day.

Talk to my bff almost daily. see her every few weeks.

Depends on the friend. With some, our relationship has dwindled to just, "Cute! Congrats to Jillian!" on a FB post about their child's accomplishment. With others, if we go a week without talking one will text "I miss your face" and we'll catch up.

I have a standing laundry FaceTime date with one friend - we FT while folding laundry one evening a week for an hour or so.
