Good hairstylist in or near Arlington?

I think I've had it with my hair stylist. It's been almost a year since I got a good haircut. I stayed with her out of loyalty (she started her own business), but I think she is too distracted with running the business to give a good haircut. I was looking at pictures of me in the last year, and my hair always looks bushy. But I live in fear of finding a new hairstylist. I have short and thick hair and would love someone good at giving simple to take care of cuts. Any suggestions?
