Roof is sloping. Build deck?

There is a house in NW that put a deck on sloped roof. Only one I've ever seen. Looks odd but heck they got a deck.

Yes, of course, This would not be difficult for a contractor. The deck does not sit on the roof - it is suspended on posts that go through the roof - and it is easy to level the posts even if the roof is not level.
