Moderate-priced estates and trusts lawyer, MoCo

Hello all.

My dad is setting up a trust and living will. Actually, he's already drafted the documents, but we have many questions about the administration of the trust. He'd like to have an official lawyer's review and advice, but nearly everyone in the area seems to deal only with large estates (his is about 1.4 million tops, plus a house).

I am not a Maryland resident. Can anyone suggest a moderately priced trusts/estates/wills lawyer near Rockville? (Or does everyone non-rich just DIY this stuff with Nolo's book?)

I found Anthony Carducci from the Money thread, and he had by far the most reasonable fee for a will, revocable living trust, power of attorney, etc. Very responsive and easy to work with. Our situation was pretty simple and we didn't need too much.
