If I want to order a particular brand of carpet online...

I want to order Dash and Albert carpet for my stairs, but I need someone to help me with measuring, installation, etc. Who can I call for this? Any flooring company? They have a distributor in Bethesda (Urban Country) but I suspect they are expensive and may not actually do installation.

I apologize if this is an idiotic question, but I'm just starting the whole home improvement thing and find myself at a bit of a loss with things like this.
