Better if you add volume to the shake with crushed ice so it's really like a milkshake, or mix it with low-fat yogurt. When I did a diet like that it was medically supervised, and there was also a mid-afternoon snack and vitamins and various supplements. It's ultra-low calorie and it works, but be careful. |
