Seeking input on UHC's Choice HMO

I'm thinking of making the switch from United Health Care's MDIPA to Choice HMO, for 2016, but have always shied away from HMOs.
However their cost for self and family is so much better. What am I missing? Does anyone have experience with UHC's Choice HMO, good or bad?! |
