Adding muscle?
Also, I am usu RAVENOUSLY hungry when I run alot. Are you the same and maybe snacking a lot? |
| my trainer said you have to gain a ton of muscle to see weight gain. You're probably eating more as a reward for running! |

You are likely gaining weight because you are gaining muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat.

I agree with that it could be muscle. The question is whether you are losing inches.
Also I've heard about research that shows that women start eating more when they exercise while men continue to eat the same amount. Bummer. |
| Are you sure you aren't eating too much because the running is making you hungry? |
| I gain weight, too, but my waist gets smaller. So I chalk it up to muscle. I would say that it depends on how your clothes feel. If your clothes aren't getting loose or are actually feeling tight, then you might be taking in too many calories. |
