When my DD was that age, they happened to be studying mythology in school that quarter and there were a number of Athenas and other various gods and goddesses that year. I think that year she went as Hermione. The next year my DD went as Katniss from the Hunger Games, and then put the bow to good use the year after when she went as Diana, goddess of the hunt, remembering the mythology phase her friends went through.

very easy to do--just get the head scarf on sideways and you're pretty much good to go. OP, does it have to be a pre-made costume? Bobby soxer/50s poodle skirt an alien Princess Leia (side buns not Jabba the hut sex slave) Indiana Jones Would be easy to buy or find various parts for. |
