If you have a dining room farm table that you LOVE, where did you get it from?

Someone told me a table I *loved* was made by the Amish, but couldn't tell me exactly where and when I google "amish tables" it is so overwhelming…ugh!

I saw it during an open house last year. Any idea/suggestion on where to get something similar done?
