Concrete floors in guest house- stain?

| We are buying a house that has an artist studio in the backyard. We are going to convert to a guest house. Right now the floors are plain concrete and we are trying to decide what to do to make them more livable. Right now we are debating between staining them and using epoxy paint on them. We'd then put carpets on top. Thoughts? |
