DC water bill

Just got my water bill with an actual reading for the last 80 days. My bill was 5xs as much as before. They said we used 58,400 gallons or roughly 730 gallons a day. Two adults and two kids under five. Row house. Energy efficient appliances. No hose or yard maintenance.

This has to be wrong- right?

I got a $4k bill last year. Laughed, contested, and it was removed.

Check in with the company before getting upset. They'll note the pattern.

Running toilets can eat up thousands of gallons of water. Also could be a pipe leak.
