We want to have a space inside the wall examined where there was a major leak and a few other things. I am allergic to mold and my allergies are not any worse than usual this time of year so I don't think this will be a huge problem, but before we fix the ceiling we want to make sure any mold issues are taken care of.
I have been through the ringer trying to find mold people. Friends of ours had a terrible experience and wasted thousands. I check claimed credentials and references and so many people are full of shit. They all push to get in ASAP and they have crazy high "inspection fees." Help!!!! Please recommend places and/or let us know who to avoid. |
Bump...anyone? anyone? HELP!! TIA! |
If you're getting drywall repaired on the ceiling anyway, why not just cut away the wall portion you are concerned about? Then you will really know what's back there, and it won't add too much to the repair job if someone is coming anyway. |
MoldGone. We used them and were really happy. |
