how to find the same color for the wall

We bought a house five years ago. Every wall and ceiling is all white. That means it is getting dirtier and I'd like to paint by myself. Because the ceiling is very high, I jut want to paint the wall. How can I find the same color with the ceiling? There are millions kinds of white color at the shop.

| Get it color matched--cut out a flake and any paint store (from Ben moore to Home Depot) can use a machine to match the pigments |

| Usually ceilings are one shade and walls are another. If you don't want to paint the ceiling, feel free to pick a new color. |
