Better Plank Plan.. Ab Wheel Rollouts

I will challenge anyone who thinks their planks are benefitting their core to give an Ab wheel a spin. An Ab wheel costs $9 online or at Marshalls if you can do full rollouts for 4 sets of 15 even if your a planker I'd have to see it. The full rollout takes some time to do unless your're flexible and strong. From the kneeling position the body has to get within inches of the floor with arms all the way extended. Have someone poke you in the abs the next day you wont be smiling. If your a real badass try a full roll out from the standing position.
