Is the new FCPS test format based on Form 7 or previous ones? In other words, is it designed to be ELL friendly like Form 7 is supposed to be, or based on the previous version?

Only the non verbal section would be fully pictoral.

They have to listen to directions in English for all of it. But the answers are in pictures or diagrams, except for the math where they have numbers.
