What store sells mini blinds?

I have this very tall skinny window that needs mini blinds and I can't seem to find the size I need. Does anyone know of a store that I can go in and buy them? I know I can order them on Amazon, but the price is not very good and I would like to get them today or tomorrow if possible.

Depending on what type you want, I think Lowe's will cut them for you.
