Gomez salon in Gtown for color

Any one tried it? Recs? Where else would you recommend for blonde (highlights)? TIA!

I saw your heading & was going to reply just do NOT go there if you are blonde! They turned my hair pink, just in time to be in a friends wedding. I still cringe when I see pictures. They also had quite the attitude about it, and tried to blame it on my previous colorist, whom i had been going to for 9 years in NY and absolutely loved!

i've heard greg is very good for color there - but haven't tried him yet.
any other suggestions for highlights?

Been going to ILO for over a decade. Would recommend Ado or Jack.

I just had a bad haircut at Irwin Gomez. It's the only bad haircut I've had in about 15 years.

Like the PP, I would recommend Ilo. Also, Washingtonian recently did a great article about the best highlights in DC. Maybe you can google it and start there.

A lot of people with great blonde hair seem to go to the Four Seasons.
