Hi everyone - Can you tell me what your Natural Cycle Fet was like? We had one failure with a medicated FET but I ovulate regularly and have a 32 day cycle every month so we're going natural with some sort of trigger shot once I'm close to ovulation.
I've heard it is 'easy' but anything else I should know in advance? Does the lining naturally get to where its supposed to be? (I had no lining issues on the medicated fet). |
| I'd like to know about the Natural FET, too. Anyone? |
| If you've had no lining issues before you should be fine. I did a natural cycle FET - just monitor for ovulation, trigger, progesterone. What you hear that it's easy (and much shorter than a medicated FET cycle) is true! |

I'm doing my first FET right now, natural cycle. Went in for baseline monitoring on day 3 of my cycle--sonogram and bloodwork. Went again on day 7 for another sono and bloodwork and was told I could skip day 8. Went again this morning, day 9.
I don't know exactly what the rest of the schedule will be, but the flowchart they gave me indicates that monitoring usually occurs on days 7-11 (more or less, as needed), and at some point they'll tell me to trigger. Transfer 7 days post trigger, beta 14 days after that. I have oral estrogen to take as directed and progesterone that I'll take vaginally as directed. Seems pretty straightforward. |
