Does anyone know where to find a comprehensive source of information or have info on schools in SS for 2- year olds (full day?). Thanks!

I don't have a comprehensive list of daycare centers yet, however, this link is awesome:

You can plug your home or work address in and obtain a list of accredited day care centers near those locations!

I haven't had a chance to look at all the links, but two more I thought of in the SS area are the YMCA and Karasik. I know families who have had their kids in both and are very happy.

Thanks to a lot of DCUMs' input in building out this resource, the list now has a TON of schools and is a good comprehensive list for families in the Silver Spring and bordering towns e.g. Takoma Park, Kensington, Aspen Hill and those areas of Chevy Chase, Bethesda and Rockville that are close to Silver Spring.

Wow, thanks for the supportive words!

I have added a "Child Care Finder" resource on the left-hand side bar too for resources in helping parents of kids younger than preschool-aged find a provider.
