Bulk popped popcorn?

Suggestions on where to find popped popcorn in bulk amounts? Does not need to be delicious but does need to be edible. It's for a Kindergarten project. I'm in Rockville. Thanks!

I could pop my own the night before, but school prefers store-packaged, nut-free.

You can usually find large bags of cheap popcorn at Safeway or Giant.

Store packaged and nut free are the stipulations though.
