Gorell windows, need repair

We had Gorell windows installed when we did a renovation on our home ten years ago. In the last year two of them appear to have gotten leaks and have some of that fogginess. The company apparently went out of business a few years ago, which I didn't learn until pulling out the paperwork this weekend to contact them.

Does anyone have Gorell and successfully gotten repair or replacement elsewhere?
Anyone have recommendations for a good window company? Are Anderson and Pella really the only game in town?
