Would you leave a job if...

So here's the general scenario about my job. Jobs, at least good ones in preferable location, are difficult to find and most of the time it's through personal contacts. Because of the special niche it is in, it generally pays well usually 200k+. I have now been working for 6 years and my first year I left a great job with great partnership and financial potential because my husband and I were homesick. Now we're back "home" i find that the current job I settled in is probably the best I can get in this area but far from ideal. Within the 5 years I've been here, income/bonuses have dropped and when I spoke to others here it seems like most people have not had a raise in 10+ years. I have a hard time deciding to just leave what seems to be a gradually sinking ship or just stay as long as I can since a six figure salary is still not bad even if it's on low end compared to other places.

I don't think anyone can really answer this for you, OP. Which is more important to you: location or salary? What does your spouse say (presumably he would have to find a new job if you moved)?

Honestly, I don't love our current location as much as we used to due to some undiscovered family situations so we both wouldn't mind moving. If we do move, we may have to depend on his salary especially initially since I'll most likely not find anything good right away. His field is generally pretty easy to find a job and he can choose to relocate to another office location with the same company, but he'll likely make less than 150k.
