ACPS changing eligibility meeting date

| The meeting was supposed to be Monday and they just emailed me that they want to change it to Friday. Can they do this? We planned our week, including time off work, around this meeting. |

| Is there any chance they are doing it in anticipation of the storm potentially closing schools on Monday? I haven't seen the latest forecast but I know there was speculation yesterday that it would hit Sunday into Monday and potentially close things down. If you want to keep in on Monday, email back and tell them so - just because they want to move it doesn't mean you have to agree. |

OP here. I wrote and said we strongly preferred to meet Monday because we'd scheduled around it for our jobs. They just offered us a different time on Monday, which works for me.
I do wonder about the rules around moving appointments though. Can they do that? How much notice do they have to give? |
