I'm on a kick of marinading stuff the night before so I can throw something together fast when I get home from work. Share your favorite marinades with me please! Can be chicken, pork, beef, fish, anything goes. Recipes or links appreciated...I'll go first! This is what we are having tonight (except doing it in the oven, not on the grill):

Flank steak: grapefruit juice, soy sauce, olive oil. Add some minced garlic and/or ginger if you are feeling fancy.
Oh, this will be easy. McCormick's bourbon brown sugar. You add the vinegar (I use apple cider vinegar, oil, and water). We use it so often, instead of the individual packets, I buy the big container at BJ's.
Dijon mustard. I smear it all over chicken thighs, add a little lemon then bake. Amazing taste for such a simple preparation.
Mojo, I get mine at Walmart.
Soy Vey sauce. I marinate chicken breasts in it before baking them.
Google Marbella Chicken - I use 5 lbs of chicken thighs.
For chicken-natural yogurt, garlic ginger salt pepper
|
Chicken: plain yogurt mixed with a paste of ginger, garlic, mint, cilantro, Serrano peppers, garam masala, lime juice.
