I'm on a kick of marinading stuff the night before so I can throw something together fast when I get home from work. Share your favorite marinades with me please! Can be chicken, pork, beef, fish, anything goes. Recipes or links appreciated...I'll go first! This is what we are having tonight (except doing it in the oven, not on the grill):

Oh, this will be easy. McCormick's bourbon brown sugar. You add the vinegar (I use apple cider vinegar, oil, and water). We use it so often, instead of the individual packets, I buy the big container at BJ's.

Dijon mustard. I smear it all over chicken thighs, add a little lemon then bake. Amazing taste for such a simple preparation.
