Kitchen island chandelier/pendants

Before I call for an estimate because it could be a waste of everyone's time:
We have a single chandelier over the island now. I'd like to have two pendants instead. Is this big electrical job or is minor plus some drywall patching? |

Would a new fixture that has two parts work? Like this:

| It would, thank you. But I'm having a hard time finding much with one connection to the wall. I'd like to do two, maybe three separate pendants. |
