Support groups for parents of toddlers/preschoolers with special needs

Does anyone know of any support groups for parents of toddlers/preschoolers with special needs? My 2 year old son has speech delay, sensory processing disorder, muscle tone issues and feeding issues. I am feeling overwhelmed. We are in Fairfax, so NoVA only support groups please. I prefer a group with no religious overtones. Thanks!

There is a sticky at the top of this forum on support groups.

The list is a few years old and came from the Yahoo group MC Needs. (MC stands for Montgomery County.) You need to register to post and probably search that forum.
