This is the second phase of the hiring process - the first was a screening interview and a two-hour written assignment. This process hasn't gone very smoothly, but I am being patient. The job opportunity, at least on paper, is a good one. It's a large international NGO, the position is based abroad (in a desirable location). Two of the three of the hiring panel will be on my team if hired. The HR coordinator has indicated that the last minute cancellations are due to the panel members' having to reschedule. I know that the organization is expanding the operations and personnel in the country program. Are they are trying to do too much at once and that is the reason for the last minute cancellations? I agreed to be available for the third rescheduled time. Should I be concerned that this is a red flag? Is rescheduling multiple times at the last minute fairly common these days?
