wood furniture restoration recs?

We inherited an old dresser my husband would like refurnished.

I got a quote for a thousand dollars - which is about $300 more than I'd like to pay.

Any recommendations for wood worker to sand and re-do the stain? Coming up empty on Yelp. Thank you.
