Tools sharpening service

Is there a place where you can take blunt garden tools and old knives and scissors and get them sharpened?

I know they sell do-it-yourself gadgets to do it, but I am looking for a hardware or gardening shop that provides this service.

My DC neighbors swear by DC Sharp in Union Market. I've never used them. Just knives and scissors, I think. No garden tools.

My Joanna fabric on that far suburbs is having a sharpening service come and they will sharpen garden tools as well as scissors and knifes.
