I'm not sure what "white" has to do with "best."

In terms of programs offered, the tech focus and not being overcrowded right now, Jamestown wins.

We need a choice school in Arlington officially named The Best Elementary.

So many parents will sleep better knowing that they can tell everyone that their children attend The Best Elementary school in Arlington.

Since all kids aren't clones, there is no definitive "best." Unless you really do mean "whitest" and then it's Jamestoen.

No one ever posts "which is the best elementary in Arlington -- Hoffman Boston? Carlin Springs?" like they are just randomly naming 2 of the 23 elementary schools.
