Sleepwear questions

For those that use a sleepsack, at what age do you stop using it? How do you dress DC for bed in the summer?

DS will be 1 year in April and I am wondering how to dress him for bed once it gets warmer. Right now he wears footed pjs and a sleepsack (combination of fleece and cotton, depending on the temperature). Last summer he was a baby, so he just wore onesies and a swaddle. TIA!

We buy the lightweight footed pajamas at Children's Place (no sleepsack) in the Summer. In the Winter, we use the fleece footed pajamas (no sleep sack).

The feet on the pajamas keep his feet warm without sheets/blankets year-round.

My son is two now and it still works for him but I change him as soon as he gets up so he doesn't walk around in them on our hard wood floors (too slippery in the footed pajamas).

We stopped the blanket in summer when he was 16 month. The footed PJs were enough. He climbed out of his crib 2 months later, so we were glad that there was no sleep sack. We introduced a blanket a bit later, still with footed PJs.

My daughter has an April birthday. The summer she was one, she wore lightweight, short-sleeved cotton pjs most of the time.

Where do y'all find footies for kids over 9-12 months? There are none at target, just 2 piece deals.

Carters. They have these at Kohls and the Carters stores.

Children's Place. I also buy the Carters ones at Costco.

We used a sleepsack until our DD went into a big bed, just under 3 years old. Even in the warmer weather we'd put her in the lightweight sacs with a t-shirt or short sleeved PJ set. I even bought the toddler sleepsacks with the foot holes. My DD never tried to get out of her crib and I think the sack helped.
