Question for those whose children were not admitted...

If you could have paid a fee to have guaranteed admission, what is the most you would have paid? I just learned today how much IQ tests are. My DD was admitted without prepping and without outside testing but realizing how much people are paying for these things, is there a cap above which you wouldn't pay to have your child admitted?

I'm not familiar with how tests to support an appeal work. Are they not multiple choice like the ones at school? What gives you the idea that desired results have a price tag? Isn't payment made up front?

If they got caught, they would lose the license. They are not going to risk that for $400.

So there's your answer OP. AAP slots are not for sale. If you wish to appeal or parent refer, you can pay the cost of a private test, the costs of which are easily determined by asking those who administer them.
