help -- vanity top color for lavender and sage bathroom?

Anonymous
The trim, toilet, bathtub are white. Walls are lavender. Floor and tile work are sage green. I was thinking of a white vanity. But what color for the countertop? Dark or light?

White.

And a white vanity?

Soapstone vanity (or something that looks like soapstone). I think a natural material that has a non-shiny surface.

Since the tub and everything else is white, I'd keep it simple and do a white vanity. I'd keep the counter top white as well, unless you could find a sage green material to match your tile.

Totally agree. And if you don't want the upkeep, you can get Quartz countertops in dark gray that resemble soapstone. I think that will ground the bathroom and keep it from looking too pastel.

+1

Wood vanity.

I feel like white with green and lavender might look very 80s.
