So who should face charges in this video

So the guy in this video is facing charges. Watching the video it looks like she hit first after threatening him. What do you all think? Warning punches are thrown. It starts about the 24 sec mark.

If he had walked away would she have been charged?

The guy. Who is that "guy"? He's 6'0", 177 lbs. Sure, he's not 300 lbs, but he is supposed to be smart (a QB), smart enough not to punch a stranger at a bar.

Well, it looks like both could potentially face charges based on the video, but his should be more serious. He used significant force with that punch. But she doesn't exactly look like an angel here.

She should be charged for being drunk in public.
The bartender should be charged for serving her that much alcohol.
The QB should be charged with assault (though I am fine with him holding her arms to prevent an attack).

What actually happened: the QB was charged with a misdemeanor. No one else was charged.

I'm all about women being held to the same legal standards as men, but he was being a total prick and grabbed her before she slugged him. Although she should learn a lesson to not slug guys because you don't want one to clock you back.
