Don't know how many applicants. However, in terms of openings...

Beauvoir - 21
Sidwell - 26
GDS - 20

Of course, you'd need to subtract out the "preferences" (i.e., siblings, alumni, faculty/staff) to get to a true number of openings. Then you'd need to divide that number by 2 to get to the number of openings for each gender. That should give you a rough estimate.

Sidwell has a preference, not a guarantee, according to the guy who did the admissions/open house talk.

We did our tours last year but I think we were told they get approximately 10 applicants per available slot.
