I need to be open minded to smoothies and juices, but I currently see them as a waste of calories. Do yOu have one you love?

Frozen banana, fresh spinach, a peach, and almond milk. Very yummy.

I use protein powder because I drink mine after my workout in the morning.

1 scoop protein powder
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 frozen banana
1 cup water
1-2 handfuls of spinach

This is my combo too-- so yummy. I always use a base of frozen banana, spinach and very low-cal almond milk but I vary the fruit. I love using frozen cherries or strawberries. Or, sometimes I don't use fruit but use peanut butter powder instead.

Frozen fruit (berries, melon, pineapple), banana, tons of spinach, water, coconut milk. I guess you could add some protein powder or some nut butter but I don't.

Frozen blueberries, strawberries, mango, 1/2 avocado, a few spoon fulls of 2% Face Greek yogurt, and then a teaspoon or so of flax seeds and chia seeds, plus water.

I usually make mine with kale/spinach, like a lot, add ice, a ripe banana, a scoop of greens, a scoop of anti-oxidants, and coconut water. It's not the sweetest but the banana does the trick. You can add avocado, tofu, yogurt, etc.

What adding some cocoa powder (not chocolate) to some of these recipes? A taste of chocolate, low calorie, some health benefits -- I think.

Yoghurt, a banana, a handful of frozen mango chunks.

Water, cucumbers, mixed greens, greek yogurt, frozen fruit (usually berries, but sometimes peaches), banana. Yummy.

Golden delicious apple
Lots of frozen mango
Sometimes 1/2 kiwi

Here's a simple one.

Mesclun mix
Frozen berries (mixed or one type, doesn't matter)
Plain or vanilla greek yogurt
Ice

Proportions up to you!

I container of high protein greek yogurt, 1 cup frozen fruit and a 1/2 cup water.
