Man with 1000 kids-Netflix

I found it hilarious. They bought sperm online from some man instacart/door dash style. Some of the women (lesbians) actually had sex with him for his sperm. Some went back for more when they wanted additonal children. But, were angry when he had more than 25 children out in the world. I mean, the whole thing is laughable and disgusting on all parts.

Typical of how adults and greedy corporations are allowed to do whatever they want, regardless of the consequences to children.

Thank God the judge ruled as she did, but that does not stop the other men who think like him.

(And I fear that a make judge might have ruled differently…)

Obviously from a genetic standpoint it isn’t good to have so many offspring and I wouldn’t have been pleased to know that if I used donor sperm how many potential half siblings there were but I kept thinking the women were a bit superficial for choosing a popular donor who had blue eyes and “good hair”. And they were fine having second children with him but then didn’t want anyone else to use him as a donor. And many liked that he was willing not to be anonymous. The women from Australia weren’t happy but they signed an agreement they couldn’t get donor information until their child was 18.

I think you have to be a bit conceited to be a keen donor in a way since you have to think you are good enough that your genes should be passed on.

I thought there was going to be a catch about he was a carrier of a generic disease. All this show is going to do is make him more popular as a donor. He is willing to not be anonymous, he is outgoing, blond, blue eyes, seems reasonably intelligent if he can make a good living and can travel, and apparently doesn’t have genetic issues.

In the end I didn’t like the donor but didn’t like many of the women who benefited either. And there is diverging a little perverse about bashing the father of your kids.

There is a Bollywood movie with this theme called "Vicky Donor". It is a comedy and well made movie. Wonder if it is on Netflix?

I agree.

That’s the white ideal of beauty to many people and has nothing to do with white supremacy. In addition, the moms in all of the families interviewed who used his sperm were blonde. It’s completely normal to want children who look like you.

Haha, that blond hair and blue eyes is the ideal of beauty has nothing to do with white supremacy, ok.

The women were in the Netherlands. It is not racist that they favored men who looked like they came from the country their children were going to live in.

+ 1 - the parents (except the Australians) were all in the Netherlands, where many people have blond hair/ blue eyes; so it is normal they were happy to find a donor with those colorings. Nothing to do with racism. It was interesting though how many of them loves his long curly hair.

Law & Order did have an episode about a fertility doctor who donated his own sperm to dozens of his own patients. Based on this real life local case but he’s not the only doctor to do this.

Yeah, it was super weird how initially untroubled they were by the lack of any sort of controls or regulation – letting some rando from the internet come over for an in-person sample is weird AF. Having actual sex with him? WHAT THE HELL?

The guy is obviously nuts, as are the rest of the guys in that weird super-donor group. The whole sperm roulette thing was completely vile. But I didn’t look at Jonathan and think “yeah, definitely want his sperm.” He seemed like a freak right off the bat. I think many of these women were very, very naive.

He and his group in Kenya said outright that they wanted their white supersperm to "bleach" the population several times. Did you miss that? They also talked about their superior genetics (dog whistle or really outright Nazi reference.)

He also called himself Viking (which is a dog whistle). Also, many white supremacists are convinced that they need to populate the earth with white kids to "balance" minorities so I suspected from the beginning that there would be a White Supremacy angle.

I agree generally, but I did think it was interesting that aside from that donor bro saying he wanted to "bleach" Africa, it was actually the Kenyan sperm bank that was putting out commercials and buying all-expenses paid multi-week long vacations to white men from Europe to travel there where they would be "milked like a cow" with the goal of producing 200+ babies each a year. These weirdos took them up on it, so while I think it's clear they have their own racial superiority beliefs, they actually weren't the ones to initially pursue Africa. We could get into the reasons for why a Kenyan sperm bank would specifically be looking for blonde haired, blue eyed, white "Viking" sperm, but want to be fair that these grifters went to where they were wanted and pursued.

You have some false notions about The Netherlands, which is not a Scandinavian country. No more likely to be blonde haired and blue eyed than any other Western European nation.

Exactly right. Was going to say the same myself. Blondes are a dying breed, literally.

Was every recipient of his sperm white? Did he make that a stipulation? Unless this is the case, your accusations are illogical.

You don’t understand WS. The idea is to dilute other races.
