District Dogs Navy Yard location: puppy shoved/slapped and dies

The 2 owners know nothing about Dogcare and have kids running the facility. They seem to be all about selling to the point where they have a staff member when watching the cameras that just walks around with her phone and from what I was told just taking pictures. From when I first came in they had prices that were lower due to the economy but raised them I guess to make money. This seems like a sketching company that is going to pray off of their franchises. I would rather take my dogs elsewhere.
