Dr. Wendy Hookman in Rockville specializes in women's health and pregnancy/post-partum issues. She's a psychiatrist, and she's great.

I battled Post Partum Depression myself, hang in there.
I highly recommend Dr. Bryce Phillips, he is a PsyD.
I'm not sure where you are, but he has office in DC (Foggy Bottom) and Alexandria.
