Something fun for daughter's birthday

My daughter and I would like to do something special together for her 19th birthday this weekend. Any suggestions for something fun? I am not really into "girly" stuff such as mani-pedis and shopping, plus we recently did that together. We're pretty outdoorsy, but I'm not sure going on a hike together would cut it, so I'm kind of stumped.

I'd go see a play and have dinner at a cool restaurant downtown. Or a concert if there is a band you can agree on  Or you could go to Harpers Ferry and go white water rafting.
