| Such a good question OP. I had a terrible one from TJ's. I love juicy/hard not squishy watermelon. Haven't had a good one this summer. |

| We've had a good streak with great watermelons from Safeways in DC. Peaches and nectarines from anywhere (farmer's market or grocery) have been a whole other frustrating matter though... |

You may want one now, but I bought a fabulous watermelon from the main f/v guy at the Kensington market last Saturday. Expect they will have more next week. The pop up Potomac markets around Rockville (show up on Falls Road, Old Georgetown, Montrose) may have them too.

+1 same with us. The seedless watermelon is just so tasteless. I just stopped buying watermelon because no matter where I bought it (supermarket, farmer's market etc) it just wasn't good. |
