Recommend contractor for powder room reno please...

I am renovating our powder room. It's twice e the size of a normal powder room and we'd like to go modern. However, we have no idea how to start this process. The bathroom design stores want us to spend a minimum of $20,000 and we cannot afford to go that high.

Any recommendations for contractors? We are in Reston.
